How to humanize AI text

A five-step editing workflow that gives AI drafts rhythm, specificity, and voice — without tricks or false promises.

Verify claims before style

Check every number, name, and assertion against a source you trust. A draft only reads human once it is true.

Read one paragraph aloud. If every sentence has the same length and shape, split one, merge two, or lead with the conclusion.

Replace a generic passage with a concrete example from your work, your own data, or a caveat from experience.

Delete fillers like vague openers about how important something is, or replace them with the actual claim.

Read start to finish and rewrite whatever sounds off aloud. The draft should sound like the same person throughout.
