Privacy

At Vortixy we believe your text is yours. This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long, and your rights. It covers the Core engine (on our servers) and the optional AI model. Applies to https://www.vortixy.net and related APIs.

What data we process

We process: (a) text you send to humanize, paraphrase, or detect; (b) minimal technical data such as IP, user-agent, and rate-limit fingerprints; (c) if you have an account, your email and auth metadata (Supabase); (d) if you pay, transaction references from the payment gateway (we do not store card numbers); (e) if you choose the optional AI model, that text is sent to the external provider for the rewrite and is not kept as history in Vortixy unless you save it.

Anonymous use

Without signing in you only use the Core engine. We do not link your text to an identity or store it in a database: it is processed in memory and discarded. We keep an aggregate IP counter for daily limits. The external AI model requires an account.

Registered accounts

If you have an account, we only save the humanizations you choose to keep. They are protected so only your account can read them. You can delete them at any time from /history.

Sub-processors

We use sub-processors for hosting, auth, and payments: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and Wompi (payments). If you choose the optional AI model, text is sent to an AI provider (Google AI / Gemini API) only for that rewrite. Core does not use that provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update, erase, object to and port your personal data under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. To exercise them write to vortixyoficial@gmail.com. We answer in under 30 days and usually under 72 hours.

Retention

Anonymous text: 0 seconds after response. Account history: until you delete it or close the account. Technical logs: 30 days. Payment records: 5 years per applicable tax obligations.

Cookies and telemetry

We use strictly necessary cookies to remember your session and theme preference. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure performance anonymously without tracking cookies. We do not share data with ad networks.

Minors

Vortixy is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU). If we believe a minor opened an account without parental consent we delete the data on detection.
