We respect intellectual property. If you believe something on Vortixy infringes your rights, send us a notice as described below and we will act quickly.

How to notify an infringement

Send an email to vortixyoficial@gmail.com with subject [DMCA] and the following elements:

• Identification of the protected work (title, URL, authorship, publication date).
• Exact location of the infringing content on Vortixy (full URL).
• Your contact data: full name, address, phone and email.
• A statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
• A statement that you have the exclusive right or authorisation from the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notification to the same email. If we receive no court action in 10-14 business days we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts that receive several valid notifications in a short period.
