Billing questions
How am I charged in COP?
USD prices are referential. You always pay the COP total shown at checkout, converted at that day's rate with 19% VAT included. The exact amount is locked when you pay.
Monthly or annual?
Annual covers 12 months for the price of 10 (17% off), charged once. Monthly renews each month and is more flexible.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes — an upgrade is a new purchase at full price and applies immediately. There are no partial credits.
How do I cancel? Is there auto-renewal?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds. Auto-renewal only applies when you saved a reusable payment method and did not cancel.
When do my limits reset?
Daily limits reset every day at 00:00 UTC on all plans.
What happens to my chats if I change or cancel my plan?
Your chats are kept 30 days on Free and Go, and 365 days (sliding window) on Pro, Max and Max+ while your plan stays active. After a downgrade or expiry, the 30-day retention applies. You can delete any chat at any time.
How do I pay? Which methods are accepted?
You pay on Wompi's official checkout, charged in COP with 19% VAT included. There you choose the method — card, Nequi, PSE, Bancolombia transfer or Daviplata — depending on what is enabled for the purchase.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on any plan. Connect your own key from the dashboard and Chat uses it directly. You pay your provider for the inference; Vortixy does not charge model tokens in turns with your own key, but requests, searches, images and other plan limits still apply. Your key is encrypted and never shared.
In which languages does Vortixy work?
The interface and Chat work in 14 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Turkish and Arabic.
Who can read my documents and chats?
Only your account can read the chats you choose to keep, and you can delete any chat at any time. The text you submit is sent to the external AI provider to generate the answer and is not kept as history unless you save it.
What happens if my plan expires or a payment fails?
You keep access until the end of the paid period; afterwards the plan returns to Free and the 30-day retention applies. Nothing is charged again after you cancel. You can renew at any time from the dashboard.
