Privacy

At Vortixy we believe your text is yours. This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long, and your rights. It covers the AI review engine, chat history, and account data. Applies to https://www.vortixy.net and related APIs.

What data we process

We process: (a) the drafts you submit for review; (b) minimal technical data such as IP, user-agent, and rate-limit fingerprints; (c) if you have an account, your email and authentication data; (d) if you pay, transaction references from the payment gateway we do not store card numbers; (e) text submitted to the AI model is sent to the external AI provider and is not kept as history unless you save it.

No anonymous use

Vortixy Chat requires an account. We do not offer guest or anonymous access, and no text is processed without a signed-in user.

Registered accounts

If you have an account, we only save the chats and reviews you choose to keep. They are protected so only your account can read them. You can delete them at any time from your chats.

Sub-processors

We use sub-processors for hosting, auth, and payments: hosting, database and authentication, and payments. Text you submit for an AI review is sent to the external AI provider to produce the review.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update, erase, object to and port your personal data under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. To exercise them write to vortixyoficial@gmail.com. We answer in under 30 days and usually under 72 hours.

Retention

Account history: kept until you delete it or close the account; chats with no activity are deleted after 30 days on Free/Go and never auto-deleted on Pro/Max (if you downgrade to Free, the 30-day countdown starts at downgrade). Technical logs: 30 days. Payment records: 5 years per applicable tax obligations.

Cookies and telemetry

We use strictly necessary cookies to remember your session and theme preference. Analytics tools measure performance anonymously without tracking cookies. We do not share data with ad networks.

Minors

Vortixy is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU). If we believe a minor opened an account without parental consent we delete the data on detection.
