Privacy

At Vortixy we believe your text belongs to you. This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long, and what rights you have. It applies to https://www.vortixy.net and associated APIs.

What data we process

We process: (a) the text you submit to humanize or detect; (b) minimal technical data such as IP, user-agent and rate-limit fingerprints; (c) if you have an account, your email and the auth metadata managed by Supabase; (d) if you pay, a transaction reference returned by the local payment gateway (we do not store cards).

Anonymous use

If you use Vortixy without signing in, we do not link your text to an identity or persist it in a database. The text is processed in memory to answer you and then discarded. We keep only an aggregate counter per IP to enforce daily limits.

Registered accounts

If you have an account, we only save the humanizations you choose to keep. They are protected so only your account can read them. You can delete them at any time from /history.

Sub-processors

Vortixy uses external sub-processors for specific functions (hosting, authentication, payments). All meet security and confidentiality standards. Current list includes: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication) and Wompi (payments).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update, erase, object to and port your personal data under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. To exercise them write to vortixyoficial@gmail.com. We answer in under 30 days and usually under 72 hours.

Retention

Anonymous text: 0 seconds after response. Account history: until you delete it or close the account. Technical logs: 30 days. Payment records: 5 years per applicable tax obligations.

Cookies and telemetry

We use strictly necessary cookies to remember your session and theme preference. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure performance anonymously without tracking cookies. We do not share data with ad networks.

Minors

Vortixy is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU). If we believe a minor opened an account without parental consent we delete the data on detection.
