By using Vortixy you accept these terms. They are simple but important: they explain what we offer, what we expect from you, and what happens if something goes wrong.

The service

Vortixy offers humanization and detection for AI-generated text through Vortixy Core and proprietary deterministic engines. The service is provided as is, with reasonable quality, but with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Do not share your account. Notify us at vortixyoficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

The text you enter is yours. You only grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process it and return a humanized version or a score. You warrant that you have rights to the text you submit.

License to use Vortixy

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Vortixy. You may not copy our code, scrape the API, redistribute the service, or use it to train competing models.

AI outputs

Detectors and heuristics can be wrong. We do not promise that a humanized text will pass a specific detector or that a score is infallible: external detectors change. Treat results as a signal, not absolute truth.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Academic fraud, impersonation, illegal content, and circumventing detectors to deceive a third party that relies on them are forbidden.

Payments

Paid plans are processed in COP through Wompi. USD prices are referential. Each purchase activates access for the selected period; automatic renewal only applies when Wompi provides a reusable payment source and you have not cancelled. No refunds for partial use. Vortixy may modify plan pricing and benefits.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms, abuse the system, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Vortixy will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Vortixy harmless from claims arising out of your improper use of the service or your content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of República de Colombia. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., subject to voluntary arbitration if both parties agree.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will announce material changes on this page. Continued use implies acceptance.
